Mining Project
For decades, the Mining Project has been in development. The land itself has been independently appraised at 1,2 billion euros. We have utilised the land as collateral for other projects up until this point.
Zelos Corporation has secured mining rights at two sites in Saxony, Germany totalling roughly 600,000 square metres. The land's mineral deposits have been independently appraised by Kipro con. According to their reports, Zelos's secured land contains mineral deposits valued at 1,2 billion euros.
The goal of Zelos Corporation is to increase the land's mining capacity and to sell mining permits to mining companies. We estimate that the entire procedure will take approximately two years and have confirmed that mining permits will be issued in accordance with German law.
ElBogen Project
The ElBogen Project will involve the construction of 532 apartments in the Sternstrabe neighbourhood of Dresden, Germany. The work will be carried out simultaneously at three separate construction sites, each of which will be developed in three stages. This structure was conceived to minimise its impact on the natural world and to blend in seamlessly with its surroundings.
In addition to the remarkable indoor-outdoor flow, there is 0.7 hectares of land that has been set aside for public areas and green spaces. Our partnership with Profound, a construction and architectural firm, has already resulted in an investment of 23 million euros in this project.
